Start with Blogger Homepage.
Go under your main blog till you find "Reading List". It should have an add button.
Click on that and it will come up a box to put in the URL of the blog. Copy and Paste from the Member Blogs list on Preston's page.
Make sure to have it so you are public and not anonymous. These blogs, after they are added, will come up as a feed for you to look through.
